Hello. My name is Jenny. I am a student in the High School Independent Research program. This year, I chose to study the regulations on genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in the United States and the European Union. My goal was to pinpoint different regulation methods currently applied in the EU that would be helpful to U.S. policy. I hope to use my research and analyses from this year to help educate the wider public on food safety.
